File this under the list of “Shit that is out of the ordinary for Omaha, but completely normal anywhere else.” I couldn’t help but laugh this morning as I watched the Megabus driver stop her empty bus in the middle of one of the busiest streets in town, put her “park anywhere” lights on, and run in to the convenience store to get a drink. I stopped at an ATM less than a mile down the road (near where the Megabus picks up) and about two minutes later she rolled by, giant fountain drink in hand. Chicago Opponents, be on the lookout this afternoon for a Megabus driver who will stop in the middle of the road and run in to a gas station because she really has to pee.

Coach bus drivers are my nemesis man. Often times it seems they are really unprofessional.

Wut. Iz. Rong. Wit. U. ?
LOL, I tried it once, after years of having people me how phenomenal it was. It was not. Actually, it was pretty horrible. And I know one other person that did the exact same thing, kept hearing it was great and then tried it. Neither of us (2 for 2 on non-natives) will ever be back!

not defending her or anything, but are there “no parking” signs there?
and even so, i think technically she’s “standing,” not “parking.”

I mean...no. Fairly sure there’s laws against it, but I don’t think there’s a no parking/stopping sign.
